Returns & Issues
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Requests made after 24 hours from delivery will unfortunately not be accepted.
Exchanges
- We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.
- Any price difference will be communicated before processing.
Refunds
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis after the item has been received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or altered items
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (where applicable)
